A brand for Sebby Holmes - Chef, author and owner of Farang, a 7 time Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded Thai restaurant based in Highbury, North London. We’ve worked together since my formative hospitality days at the Begging Bowl in Peckham - and developed the brand; and its vision over the past decade.

The initial task was to create a brand which drew clear influence from Thailand, while presenting an Modern British approach it’s cuisine - championing heritage, foraged and seasonal ingredients as the foundations for a much more exotic and flavoursome offering.

This has expanded into art direction and design consultancy over all of Sebs endeavors, including his personal branding, cookbooks as well as for our own brand PAYST - a range of cook at home curry paste, stir-fry and dipping sauces.
